Lernkulturen in der öffentlichen Erwachsenenbildung

This dissertation examines learning cultures in adult education using a Protestant institution as an example. The study shows how processes and practices are developed in an educational institution and develops a model that allows to describe the cultural forms of teaching and learning in a specific institution. The case study identifies the levels of planning and actions, as well as cultural factors, such as the regional context or the values and norms of this institution. Language: German
