Der letzte Band der Omnibus Reihe enthält Band 7-9 der Originalreihe. Wir sehen hier die klassische Rolle der Frau in diesem Zeitalter. Entweder sie sind nur Hausfrauen oder wenn sie Adlig sind dann nur Werkzeug um seine politische Macht zu festigen. Charles hat endlich seine Rolle als Henker angenommen. Marie Joseph will sich nicht in eine klassische Frauenrolle stecken lassen geht jedoch mit Hilfe ihrer Onkels eine Scheinehe ein. Das Ende Zeigt eigentlich erst den Beginn der Geschichte von Marie Joseph. Und die Zeichnung wie immer Weltklasse von Sakamoto
