Wir wissen zu Anfang, dass in einem Waldstück in ländlicher Gegend ein unfassbares Unglück passiert, dass ein Kind dabei ums Leben kommt und sich das Leben für alle schlagartig verändert. Dieses Buch hat eine unglaublich schöne Sprache, es jongliert mit Kindertäumen, Gefängnisalltag, frischer Liebe, Schwestergefühlen, Demenz, grandioser Natur, Verzweiflung, Schuld und sanften Tönen.. vieles bleibt ungesagt und manche Antwort wird dem Leser verwehrt. Das mag ich normalerweise nicht so gern in Büchern, aber hier hat es mich überhaupt nicht gestört, da ich einfach so erwachsene Gedanken gelesen und gefühlt habe, die so viel aufwiegen. Ein sehr sehr vielfältiges Buch, dass mich aufgerüttelt und nachdenklich zurücklässt. Und das schaffen nur wenige Bücher. Daher 5 Sterne!
