Wird daraus mit seiner Vorgeschichte etwas? Gleichzeitig verschwindet ein Junge aus dem Hotel. Wurde er entführt und umgebracht? Es kommt wieder zu Spannungen zwischen der Polizei und den Privatdetektiven, vor allem einer jungen Kollegin und Amanda. Wo führt das hin? Es gibt einige Verbindungen zu den vorherigen Teilen, aber das Buch lässt sich auch sehr gut alleine lesen. Wie gewohnt hohes Erzähltempo, Action ohne großes Vorgeplänkel. Ich liebe Candice Fox. Dies war der erste Titel, den ich im Original gelesen habe. Ich freue mich schon auf die anderen Bücher
