— 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐆: ⹂Four Ruined Realms” von Mai Corland setzt direkt an den Vorgänger ⹂Five Broken Blades” an. Diese Rezension wird aber keine Spoiler enthalten. 💛 ⠀ — Okay, eine Sache ist gelogen: ich bin nicht verliebt in jeden Charakter, weil jemand bestimmtes einfach nur zum Ohrfeigen ist - aber ich habe jede POV sehr gerne gelesen. Jede Ansicht trägt zur Story bei ohne das Tempo zu hindern. Außerdem ist dieser Band im Gegensatz zum ersten viel mehr auf den Fantasy Anteil fokussiert, als auf die (romantischen) Beziehungen. ⠀ — Apropos Tempo, das ist hier erneut enorm hoch, mehr als in Band Eins. Wir sind direkt in der Handlung drin, eine Lüge und ein Twist jagt den nächsten. Witzigerweise erwartet man die Wendungen inzwischen sogar, aber überraschen konnten sich mich trotzdem! 🥂 ⠀ — Bin ich also glücklich? NEIN. Das letzte Drittel hat mich total fertig gemacht. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es diesen Impact auf mich hätte. Und nochmal sechs Monate bis Teil Drei?! Hiiiilfe.
