Endlich mal eine Enemies-to-Lovers Story die sich diesen Titel wirklich verdient hat! Leo und Nina und die Gründe, warum sie sich nicht leiden können, waren von Beginn an greifbar und nachvollziehbar. Obwohl ich ihn am Anfang mit noch etwas mehr Nachdruck einen Arsch genannt habe. Gut, dass das Buch aus zwei Perspektiven erzählt wird. Wie und warum die beiden dann mehr Zeit verbringen (müssen und später wollen..) verrate ich nicht. Aber es war in sich relativ schlüssig und gut aufgebaut. Alle Nebenfiguren sind mit viel Liebe beschrieben worden und haben gut zur Story beigetragen. Die Idee, zwischen den Kapiteln Twitter/Google/Instagram Headlines/Kommentare/Hashtacks passend zum Handlungsgeschehen einzufügen war sehr clever und hat echt zum Humor des ganzen beigetragen. Einzig nervig war der unnötig konstruierte Konflikt a la sehr klar erkennbarem Missverständnis. Hätte man geschickter lösen können. Das Buch erfindet sein Genre insgesamt nicht neu und reicht auch nicht an die Cleverness von Titeln wie The Love Hypothesis, Love on the Brain, The Roommate, Spanish Love Deception oder ähnlich guten RomCom Werken ran, aber ist alle Male lesenswert. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
