Is this the future?
I devoured this novel. The world building is great, I really wish it could be like that in reality. Unfortunately, we seem to be stuck in harmful patterns of discrimination. This novel manages to draw a picture of a different, (imo) much better society. Emmet (just like Emma in the original work) is a tad obnoxious due to his meddling but I like him anyway. Even though it is kind of based on miscommunication, I enjoyed the whole friends to 'enemies' to lovers trope.
