This book is not the easiest to read. It's non-fiction, and it finishes where Darwin couldn't continue. Dawkins tell us where life on our planet and life everywhere in the universe originates, how the most important evolutionary steps were (mostly methods to improve the evolutionary engine), and what this means for organisms and their evolutionary programmed behavioural patterns, and the game theoretic implications that can be observed in multitudes of examples Dawkins shows us. As a philosophically interested person, the contents of this book are undeniably fundamental for understanding life. I would have given 5 stars, but I think it's a bit too hard to digest to really deserve this - as many people will want to understand the content but will be unable to actually get through the book. But, if you can make it, I believe it's worth it.
