One tree hill ist meine absolute Lieblingsserie und ich verfolge gerne was der Cast so macht/erlebt hat. Dementsprechend habe ich zu geschlagen als ich gesehen habe, dass Joy dieses Buch veröffentlich hat. Joy ist eine sehr talentierte Autorin (und Sängerin) und ich habe die Länge der Kapitel sehr gemocht. Ich mochte es wirklich wie sie darüber geschrieben hat, wie einfach es ist in die Falle eines Kults zu geraten. Und auch wie sie beschrieben hat, dass sie sich wie das Festmahl für Vampire angefühlt hat, da sie die einzige war die viel Geld verdient hat. Zwei Dinge haben mir aber nicht so sehr an dem Buch gefallen/ da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass sie mehr drüber erzählt: - Ich bin keine religiöse Person deswegen war mir das an einigen Stellen zu viel. -als Riesen OTH hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass sie mehr über die Show und die Zeit am Projekt erzählt hätte und ihre Beziehung zu ihren Kollegen. Aber allen in allem ein tolles Buch. 💙

Was habe ich „One Tree Hill“ geliebt – und vor allem Haley bzw. Naley. Nie im Leben hätte ich vermutet, was hinter den Kulissen in ihrem Privatleben wirklich abgegangen ist. Dass sie Teil eines Kults war, der sie viele Jahre lang psychisch missbraucht hat und ihr letztlich auch mehrere Millionen aus der Tasche gezogen hat. Unfassbar. Das Buch war sehr viel spannender als gedacht, eben weil ich absolut keine Ahnung hatte, womit Bethany so zu kämpfen hatte.
