Es ist so schade, dass es keine Übersetzung auf Deutsch gibt. Denn das Buch ist wirklich toll. Hut ab an die Autorin, die es so gut geschafft hat sich in die Rolle des Teenie zu versetzen.
In dem Buch geht es um die 13-Jährige Dennie, deren Mutter sich eine Modelkarriere für ihre Tochter wünscht. Als Deenie die Diagnose Skoliose bekommt, ist der Traum der Mutter erstmal auf Eis gelegt. Die 13-Jährige muss für 4 Jahre ein orthopädisches Korsetts tragen.
