Ihr Reisebericht ist konventionell. Wegen der Sprachbarriere ist sie auf das angewiesen, was sie sieht. Sehr aufschlussreich und informativ sind allerdings die Abschnitte von der Eroberung Mainz’ im Jahre 1792 und der Rückeroberung 1793.
