Starkes Buch, wundervoll erzählt
Das Einzige, das mir an dem Buch nicht gefällt ist der Grund warum Kamala es überhaupt schreiben musste... Das Buch ist eine gefühlvolle, bodenständige und menschliche Erzählung in einer unglaublich stressigen Zeit für eine Frau, die Amerika für immer verbessern wollte und es auch geschafft hätte. Ich bin dankbar zu lesen, dass es solche Menschen in der Politik gibt und hoffnungsvoll, dass Kamala den Kampf niemals aufgeben wird.
Uff. Das war nicht einfach zu hören, da man weiß, wie es endete... Ein sehr spannender Einblick in die 107 Tage von Harris' Wahlkampf, auch persönliche Anekdoten sind dabei. In ihrem Nachwort macht sie uns allen, die für die Demokratie einstehen, Mut. Das hat mir in diesen schwierigen Zeiten viel gegeben. Ich habe das Buch auf Englisch, von Harris selbst gelesen angehört. Der Schreibstil ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm und gut zu verstehen.
