Many things which are said in this book might be obvious if you think about it. But in daily life we often do not think about it. And in that sense, the book is a perfect reminder of those things. Listen more, judge less, be interested, be patient, saying sorry, giving compliments, change perspectives, talking with, not about each other, uncover the real cause of a conflict... Fighting, so the underlying premise of the book, is important, in any sort of relationship. For development, for growth, for clarification, for fun. However, fighting right is more of an art and less of an outpouring of emotions. An art has to be understood and practiced. The mix of psychology, real examples of fights and conflicts and innumerable tips, exercises and positive suggestions covers the first part. The second part, of course, is up to the reader.
