Wings So Wicked: A Rivals to Lovers Dark Fantasy Romance (Golden City Book 1)

Mal wieder ein Buch was es mir sofort angetan hat! Ich hatte den Hype etwas mitbekommen und ganz ehrlich, es ist total gerechtfertigt! Ich lieb’s🥰 Es gibt nicht viel spice, aber mir als eine Leserin die das gerne mag, hat es gar nicht gestört oder gefehlt. Es hat alles gepasst so wie es war. Wolf an sich konnte man ganz gut einschätzen, aber mit dem Ende hab ich wirklich nicht gerechnet… Ich konnte total mit Hunt mitfühlen und mein Körper hat auf ihre Reaktionen oder Erlebnisse total reagiert. Ich muss auf jeden Fall sofort den 2ten Band anfangen!

I just stumbled on this book spontaneously, and I am quite happy I did. If you like fantasy vampire x enemies to lovers , betrayal and forced to team up, you gonna love this. Also, Wolf is this kind of guy who you can tell he's already falling hard. He is just really a great written character, teasing, funny, and protective. Also, slow burn but with huge flames 🔥 already from the beginning. The end is going to want to read more.

I liked the book and the writing. The MMC is HOT and even though I figured him out quite fast, I liked him. The FMC is a feisty badass 🫶 I was not super surprised about the plot because it’s nothing really new. The world has potential bit we don’t get to see a lot of it. In general there wasn’t enough plot for me. The ending was not really surprising - especially concerning the FMC - that was kind of clear since page 2. I’m not sure if I will continue. It wasn’t bad and I read it quite fast but it was not special and intriguing enough for me.
