I think Isaac Fellman has such a way with words, I am in awe. My favourite quote from the book (very early on, not much of a spoiler but marked so just in case anyway): <spoiler>"She was prepared to be afraid of Marec, because she was already afraid of everyone; she'd had practice. What more did he have to offer her in the night market of fear, when she was the richest woman in the world and already owned it all?"</spoiler>
