Very good spiritual book, that gives insights into spiritual practices you can do for anything in life. All practices in this book will definitely lead to a more peaceful and joyful life. Some of the concepts presented were already known to me, but others were completely new or had such a new twist to them, that I finally understood their meaning. This is a book I will be reading anytime I feel unmotivated, sad or a bit lost in life because it has an effortless way of gently setting you back on track. Definitely recommend this book as a pick me up and a guide to creating a beautiful life without complicating the process. The book is fast to read and easy to understand.
