Hauntingly beautiful tale of two lost souls
I've been wanting to read this manga for quite some time and I almost gave up when then German copies went out of print. That is until one day a German manga content creator I started following showed me the English Deluxe Edition which I fell in love with instantly. I am a sucker for everything gothic, fairtytale, melancholic and bittersweet so this was right up my alley. This tale spoke to me through its hautingly beautiful relationship between the outcast creature "Teacher" and the abandoned girl "Shiva". They are two lost souls living in an apocaplyptic world that is divided into the Inside (people) and the Outside (creatures). It is almost heartbreaking to witness their life together with all the difficulties they have to face due to being who they are. I had a blast reading this one and I will probably revisit it very soon.
