Again this book didn't disappoint me. I read it in 4 days and every single page was enjoyable At first I thought that we would get a little more plot to the shrine maiden which we didn't really get but if I am being honest I am really happy about it because we didn't need any more I really love Yao and En'En's relationship to each other and to Maomao as well. I reallyyyyyy adore their friendship and how it developed over these two books What I was pretty sad about was that jinshi and Maomao met just rarely over the book which makes sense but also was a pain after the last book SPOILER WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT THE END like first of all I SCREAMED when jinshi just told the emperor and empress about his plan and LITERALLY MARRYING MAOMAO LIKE YES HE PROPOSED TO HER LAST BOOK BUT WHAT?!?!? Also I am really excited about the next volume because of the end with gyokuyou I am sure that the plot will revolve a lot about her
