Elsewhere, ex-Domitor Lupa teaches Seth’s friend Mélie how to work with Lil, the Nemesis she’s recently bonded with. In the meantime Torque, head of the Inquisition, institutes new citywide security measures in Bôme to ward off further Domitor attacks while the Domitors prepare the launch of their mysterious Project Tartaros.
