Wenn ich mir einen Chef, Mentor oder Trainer backen könnte, wäre es Carlo! Nachdem ich das Hörbuch gehört habe, wollte ich unbedingt das Buch lesen. Teilweise sehr bewegend waren die Interviews der Angestellten/Mitarbeiter und Spieler die mit Carlo gearbeitet haben. Die Aussagen sind beeindruckend. Lobenswert sind auch die Quellenangaben.
