Ja, richtig! Wir begleiten Lara in einem coolen Setting auf einem Luxuszug. Es wird sogar noch atmosphärischer als eines Nachts Lara mitbekommt, wie still und heimlich ein weiterer Wagon angebracht wird. Dessen Inhalt: Exotische Pflanzen und zwei neue Gäste, Gwen and Gwydion. Doch so sehr sie sich im Gwydion auch näher kommt, sie wird das Gefühl nicht los, dass etwas nicht stimmt. ⚘️🍃 ⠀ — Das Buch hatte überraschend mehr Tiefe als ich gedacht hätte. Wir erfahren einiges über Laras Vergangenheit, was sie durchlebt hatte, die Ereignisse die sie immer noch prägen. Wie der Zug ihre Flucht hätte sein sollen. Dadurch ist sie für mich eine gelungene, greifbare Protagonistin. 🪴🪻 ⠀ — Die Handlung war ebenfalls überraschend, enthielt einen Hauch Mythologie, was ich ebenfalls nicht erwartet hätte. Es lies sich super angenehm und flüssig lesen, jedoch hat mir insgesamt etwas die Spannung gefehlt. ⠀ — Ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass es eher ein Buch für zwischendurch war. Nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts wo ich sagen würde, ihr müsst das jetzt unbedingt lesen. Hat gut unterhalten, daher verbleibe ich bei 3,5 / 5 ✨️
