oh, cassandra. i stared this book expecting to be bored by it and in the end, i ended up loving it to bits and every character in it too it’s such a wonderfully narrated story - it takes you through such absolute ups and downs and through really good fulfilling character development that you can’t help but get attached to everyone mentioned. and all the while with such a tone of love for everyone around cassandra, even when they behave badly or foolishly or full of themselves. <3
