„Following You“ is set around three main characters, we have Shae, the most successful host of IShop - a shopping channel and Honey, a young woman with a major helper syndrome (she always ends up getting herself in misery). And then there is Lawrence, „a police officer“ who is obsessed with Shae and he couldn‘t probably get any creepier with his gross mannerisms.. Seriously Lawrence, get some help! Shae had a stalker in her past and she thought he was gone, but now after sometime he is back or is it somebody else entirely? At first I assumed this was going to be a compelling and tense stalker psychological thriller and I was here for it, only at the end it was not. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough while reading the first chapters, I was engrossed by the narrative and I even got some goosebumps, but then the author made a U-turn into Honey’s story and things began to slow down. At that point it seemed like the whole book was inside of Honey’s home and I was a tad bit upset to be honest. However the writing was still very captivating and I wanted to get to the bottom of the story. The ending was pretty good everything came together and of course nothing was as it seemed.
