Ein Klassiker, der bei einem bleibt
Da es sich um einen Klassiker handelt konnte ich mich erst nicht für eine Edition entscheiden, weil mir viele gut gefiehlen und man an Einige kaum noch rankommt. Als ich dann diese schöne Neuauflage mit einem Vorwort von Alice Winn gesehen habe war es entschieden 🥰 Hier passt wirklich viel. Der angenehme Schreibstil, die lebendigen Charaktere, Setting, Stimmung usw. Erwähnen sollte man, dass man dieses Buch meiner Meinung nach, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, gut lesen kann, auch wenn man Scheu vor dem Thema Krieg hat. Meine Empfehlung wäre sogar, das Buch beim Schreiben zu annotieren. Der Verlauf war tatsächlich ganz anders, als ich angenommen habe. Ich kann gut verstehen, warum es ein interessantes Schulbuch ist und die Fragen, die es aufwirft, sind sehr vielseitig . Das Ende war für mich sehr unerwartet. Gerade die Schicksale von Leper und Finny kommen immer wieder in meine Gedanken.
