I like that here, the male protagonist is obsessed with the female one. He is consistently pursuing her but stays respectful of her wishes most of the times. The only thing that actually annoyed me in this book is, that a lot of the problems could have been avoided, if they had just been honest with each other. Mainly, if Lucia had been honest with Garreth. Other than that, I enjoyed reading it. I also enjoy, that other characters from the book series come up sporadically and unexpectedly. That, and the fact that I like the world of the Lore, make me want to read more of the series. So all in all, if you’re looking for a light, entertaining and cute romance novel, and have gotten used to the direct writing style, this is the book for you.

Garreth der Lykae Prinz erkennt in Lucia seine Gefährtin. Das ist schon in früheren Büchern rausgekommen und nun ist ihre Geschichte dran. Vorher denkt man nur, dass Lucia vor ihm flüchtet. Das tut sie auch irgendwie, aber es hat eigentlich einen ganz anderen Grund. Lucia hat ihre Bogenschützenkünste nicht errungen, sondern von einer Göttin bekommen. Jede Akzession, muss sie einen Gott wieder einsperren. Diesmal will sie ihn töten und ist auf der Suche nach der Waffe dazu. Im Amazonas holt Garreth sie nun ein und das Abenteuer beginnt für sie beide zusammen.
