First of all: this book is really really beautiful and I love it. But I am highly disappointed by it. The story spreads really cosy vibes and I like the girls - especially Jo. But it is really boring. I feel like nothing ever really happened and the only interesting thing is what happens between Laurie and Jo.
Super süß! Man begleitet 4 Schwestern mit sehr unterschiedlichen Charakteren, die Verantwortung lernen müssen und erwachsen werden. Manchmal war es etwas erzieherisch und sehr moralisch, hat mich aber nicht gestört.
One of my favourite books ever, it’s such a comfort read!
In the beginning clearly a book for children (focus on moral (as throughout the whole story) but with extra explanations) but then turned out very well and I enjoyed it a lot. Jo is my favourite character and the whole setting is just lovely.
I absolutely loved the level of coziness this story gave me. It had a feeling of coming home everytime I picked up the book.
