Hat mich leider so gar nicht abholen können. Die Protas fand ich persönlich sehr nervig und der Schreibstil war auch seltsam. Auch wenn es leicht zu lesen war. Das Cover und auch der Klappentext waren vielversprechend, aber das war es dann leider auch schon. Schade

Finishing this book was quite the challenge - had high hopes for it because I really like Adam’s previous books but this one felt wrong right from the start. I cannot recommend it & I’ll definitely not finishing the series.

5x mal Emil Kapitel hintereinander. Kein Charakterdevelopement. Können die sich mal entscheiden, ob sie gendern oder nickt? Sehr viele Infos auf einmal und immer wieder wirre Erklärungen, wenn der plot twist fehlt. Würde ich niemanden weiterempfehlen.

I don't know what to say... cool ideas but so many cliches, weird plot. It could have been so much better than it ended up being

I just dnf'd this books. I'm sorry...I gave it 60 percent in total and I couldn't even tell you what this main plot of the book is. I am so disappointed. This "fantasy world" literally makes no sense. The world-building is kinda non-existent and the characters are also really bold, boring and stereotypical ya characters. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone, sorry.
