Kinderbuecher wollte ich schon immer schreiben. Das Erste fertigte ich vor etwa 35 Jahren an. Es war eine kleine Geschichte von einer Freundschaft zwischen einem Baer und einem Baum. 2014 zog mein juengester Sohn zuhause aus und ich hatte auf einmal sehr viel Zeit. Ich begann Aquarelle und Kreidebilder zu malen. Als ich eines Abends das Bild 'Marlene's Hut...' an meiner Schlafzimmerwand betrachtete, kam mir eine Idee: ich mache ein Kinderbuch fuer meine Enkelkinder. 'Marlene hat einen ganz besonderen Hut'. So entstanden 2016/2017 fuenf weitere Gechichten. Die Serie heisst: "Marlene' s Strohhut"- Viel Spass damit. -St Ursula Gymnasium in Freiburg i.Brsg.
