Ich habe länger überlegt, ob ich das Buch mit 3,5 oder 4 Sternen bewerten soll.. Am Ende sind es 3,5 geworden, auch wenn es ganz gut war und eine nette Geschichte für zwischendurch (vor allem, wenn man die ersten beiden Teile schon gelesen hat und wissen will wie es mit den Charakteren weitergeht), trotzdem war mir die "Lösung des Problems" dann doch etwas zu einfach und man hätte viel mehr aus der Grundidee rausholen können, bei ~ 280 Seiten hab ich das aber auch eigentlich kaum erwartet. Hat sich trotzdem schön gelesen und passt thematisch zur Weihnachtszeit, ohne Weihnachten zu einem Hauptthema zu machen.

Book three of this series was again fun and easy to read, a nice story for inbetween, though again the conflict was solved a little too easily for my taste and we never get the explanation we are promised. I liked Bowen and Tamsyn and their dynamic was cute, though I'm not a big fan of insta-love. The problem they had to solve was a little random and was magicked away in the end by another deus ex machina moment, but well.. this is a cute, fund and spicy book and enjoyable if you're not expecting too much 😊

Tbh, I think this was my least favorite book in the series. The atmosphere was great and I loved the haunted house/ghost/time travel aspects, combined with winter weddings = super cozy & autumnal. But the book is so short and there is way too much plot squeezed into it, so it often felt rushed.
