This was surprisingly good! I'm usually into darker, more serious books, while this felt more like a "slice of life + fantasy drama" kind of thing. I only listened to it because it was included in the Audible subscription, but I ended up enjoying it quite a bit. The story was nice and had it's exciting parts, and I liked Seth a lot. I also adore Carter - I immediately had to check out whether or not he has his own book (I wish he did!
