Überraschend gut

Eine wirklich gut geschrieben Mafia Love/Drama Story. Nichts zu übertrieben, kein Fremdscham, da ist einfach alles stimmig. Die Tiefe bzw. Backstory der Charaktere ist absolut on point

‼️SPOILERS INCLUDED‼️

Holy shit, this was a suspenseful book and I can't wait for the next part. Things I liked: • Dante: - This man is clearly all I need. He is perfect as he is. • Layla: - I have rarely read such a book where the protagonist was as quick-witted and courageous as she was. I love her! - But say what you will, this girl has a little daddy issues. • Layla & Dante: - A very sweet couple. I think it's cute how Dante treats her because she's only 19, which is why he treats her like his princess. The writing style: - Very good and detailed. I could imagine the book very well. Things I hated: • The smut: - Sorry, but it was clearly too short and too little described for me. It's not meant in a bad way, but either you describe it very well or you just leave it out. • Frankie: - Great dad, really. He was supposed to be Father of the Year for being willing to put his daughter in danger just to see his enemy dead. Bravo! • Luca: - At first I really liked him, but in the end I just thought to myself, "Rot in hell, you son of a bitch." In any case, a very underrated book that definitely deserves more attention.
