What a wild ride! From wanting to DNF this book to being confused as heck to being weirded out to enjoying whatever the hell was going on... This book is clearly not for everyone. The best way to enjoy this story is just to go with the flow and not to question too much in it. At the end of the day I enjoyed its absolute madness.
