I thought this would just be a casual, slightly depressing read. A strong 4/5 is what I thought even while reading it. The characters are build amazingly, I really felt like I knew them. And the romance was so soft and sweet and I really got into it and I'm picky when it comes to romance. I gotta say it didn't surprise me, I was three quarters through and guessed a twist and was like "oh well, I knew anyway, strong 4/5 still" but then the ending came and I was just gone. I was so surprised with the turn this book took. It featured some comic panels, because Andrew is working on a comic, which was super cool overall. It also ended with a comic panel and it was so damn touching I teared up. I cried reading like five times in my life so that is something special. It's just a very touching book, that deals with real life questions and dives deeper than most stories do. It never gets stereotypical or weird and there's real humour and heartache in these pages. I would recommend it to anyone interested in contemporary YA, definitely one of the best books out there.
