dnf at 65% really liked the idea them meeting online through video games and then loosing contact and him falling for her (without knowing it’s his gamer girl) again. I really wanted to continue and enjoyed it. but then it went downhill. the fmc was a curvy heavily tattooed gamer and „not like other girls“ at least that’s what it felt like for me. can a curvy character be secure in her body for once? like it’s starting to get annoying. the mmc was alright and I liked the way he was around her. but him being hispanic (I think) and throwing random phrases at us was a little weird and unnecessary. it took way too long for her to confess who she was and then immediately after that they got in bed and smashed? okayyy but where’s the spice? and what really made me mad was that he didn’t even remember their first encounter; like are you kidding me?! from what I read about the end I’m glad I didn’t finish bc I don’t need the 3rd act breakup thanks. from the point where they were together I was bored of the book and didn’t wanna continue so… i didn’t cute idea; execution meh
