Realised while re-reading this book for the idek-times that i have never written a review. This is my favourite Murakami book (i only have After dark and after the quake left to read, but i do not really think they will compare to this, so i can safely say it). I still remember when i first read it (some years ago) and i have been coming back to this book a lot, sometimes only for parts of it, sometimes all of it. I cannot even explain what it is, that makes me so emotional about this. It's a really sad and kind of 'lonely' book and it makes me cry everytime. Yet the images it produces are beautiful and haunting at the same time. When people ask me, what it is about, i have a hard time explaining it, i also have a hard time writing about it, it seems.
