From my point of view this book and the author need more attention! The topic is still up to date, has a fluent kind of writing and fits together really clever. Even though the story is shocking and sad, this is (somehow) what was happening back then. One of my reading highlights this year, I'm happy I found this one and I'm definitely a huge fan of Ryan Gattis.
