This mostly combines things I already knew from other books, but sadly two things dragged this down for me: 1.) The German audio narration put me to sleep in about 2 minutes after putting play on, and 2.) that this wasn't only the fault of the narrator, but the material was presented in an incoherent bullet-list type explanation of the world. The facts presented though are good and valid and deserve at least 4 stars, but to me emotional topics need to created a connection to me, which the author didn't manage to. The authority created is based on "I was a professor and then became a monk and worked with the Dalai lama", which sounds good, but to me it's more important that the presented ideas reasonate with me than titles. Yeah well.
