!! Spoiler !! This book… oh my god. I thought this was gonna be a sweet little romance. Ha, NO! It’s very beautiful and heartfelt. The coming of age part is awesome and I love how that was worked into and realised in the book. Poppy and Rune are awesome characters. Their romance is bittersweet and heartwarming, as well s heart achingly beautiful. I cried. So hard. I don’t know when the last time was that I cried so hard reading a book. I usually read books with HEA so this was… new for me. It hurt to read the ending, how she died and he was left alone. And then how he died. But at least they were together again in the end. That fact comforts me. I felt so much while reading this book. That’s why I give it five stars. Love it.
