Repetitive

In all fairness I must disclose that I am not a spiritual person. If you are a spiritual person (experiencing grief) you might like the suggestions for breathing exercises and meditation. The advice in the book feels too familiar to be stretched out so far. It's really basic stuff that gets regurgitated from your next door neighbor to your favourite Instagram guru on a self discovery 'journey'. Emphasized with approximately 10.000 metaphors so everyone can find one to cling on to. That being said we are all only receptive to advice from people we value and when we are open for it. So some people might need to read exactly this book. I did not.
