I really tried to like it and I pushed through this book. But Spencer's and Sylvie's characters were so flat and I couldn't feel them. They annoyed me through every chapter. Is it traumatic what Sylvia did to Sylvie? Without a doubt! Did Sylvie had to push everyone away? No, of course not.
