I liked the story, but not how it was told. The idea behind the book is haunting and important, but it feels as if it wouldn't have needed so many pages to tell. I didn't connect with the characters at all, or understand their relationships or motives. At times it was simply boring, and if the ending was supposed to be a twist, the hints were all too obvious.
