Worldbuilding: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐Plot:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐Characters:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐Writing style:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐Zevin's writing style is great. I had some minor issues pace-wise: some points / game phases were told a bit too fast or too slow. The Pioneers chapter was a bit confusing and I'm not sure if I have liked it.I liked the characters but sometimes Sam and Sadie annoyed me a bit.<spoiler>They have so many communication problems. Why aren't you talking to each other, for years, multiple times?!!?</spoiler>I loved the ideas of the games and also the overall story. Some aspects were so tragic.

Das Buch behandelt die Geschichte zweier Freunde, die zusammen ein Unternehmen gründen, um Spiele zu programmieren. Man verfolgt die Höhen und Tiefen dieser Freundschaft, Missverständnisse und große Momente. Ich fand das Buch gut, aber ich verstehe den Hype, den das Buch mal hatte, ehrlich gesagt nicht.

So this is A Good Book™️. It has everything! Complex relationships, multi dimensional characters and the writing is nothing short of excellent. Somehow I still didn’t enjoy it as much as I could and maybe should have. While I loved everything to do with the conception and building of video games, I found the constant bickering and miscommunication between Sam and Sadie very annoying after a while. I get that they’re “frenemies” and that this love-hate-relationship of theirs kind of is the foundation of their success. However, it’s so frustrating to have these two hating each other when it all could easily be solved by just talking to each other. Sadie jumping to conclusions all the time and Sam not opening up about the things that really matter just drove me insane. My favorite part of the story was Marx. And we all know what happened to Marx. Needless to say, my two favorite parts of the book were The NPC and Pioneers.

I had a hard time rating this book because I do think it’s a great book, just not a great book for me. It took me quite a while to finish the story and at times, I kinda forced myself to keep going. The reason for that might have been that I’m not a gamer so I didn’t connect to the story as much. What I loved about the book was the diversity aspect. It didn’t seem forced, which is exactly how it should be. Gabrielle Zevin created characters that were not likable, but rather real and edgy. To conclude the review: I recognize a good book and great writing when I see it. Tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow just wasn’t for me

4,5 ⭐ Zunächst, die Rahmenhandlung dreht sich um Videospiele und allein dadurch hatte das Buch es ziemlich leicht, mich zu begeistern. Aber davon abgesehen, war es unglaublich schön, die Beziehungen zwischen den Charakteren mitzuerleben. Es wirkte nie künstlich, das Tempo hat mich gut mitgenommen und ich mochte die Dialoge. Der einzige Mini Kritikpunkt ist, dass ich an mancher Stelle eher das Gefühl hatte, Sam und Sadie lösen einen Konflikt nicht, sondern ignorieren ihn. Das wurde der ganzen Story irgendwie nicht ganz gerecht.

This book was so beautiful. It may be a new favorite. I loved the relationships between the characters and the constant developement. The references to games and the game Industrie were spot on and relatable, especially Sadies struggles in the industry were so real and believable. I might have to say tho that I really love video games and also game design, so I am very biased because this book is so much about games. It is beautifully written and I absolutely devoured it.

The best books are the ones that make us feel something. And this one did. It destroyed me. I devoured it. The characters grow to be real people, friends even, someone you care about. The ups and downs in their relationship are what makes the story so great, but it is not only a book about friendship, it's also about work you love. Creative work, work you live for. It is deeply inspiring and I wish I could read it again for the first time.

Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin was an amazing reading experience! To be honest, I didn't expect the book to turn out to be great because I don't play video games and only know very basic programming. So I figured out that the book might be quite boring, with characters in a branche I don't really care about. However, that was a completely unnecessary worry! I immediately liked Sam and Sadie. Their friendship is really deep and what's so interesting, is seeing how their friendship develops over the course of the years. I was surprised that the book started with both being children and ended with them being adults. The book is not like most of the other books I read, making it somehow unique. I didn't like the ending that much, it's kinda unsatisfying, but still it fitted somehow to the book. And in addition, it really gives the reader the ability to decide what's going to happen next.

Wirklich, wie Gabrielle Zevin schreibt ist unglaublich. Die Atmosphäre und die Welt(en) die sie erschafft: unglaublich. Die Geschichte und alles drumherum: Fantastisch 🩷 Am Anfang musste ich etwas mit dem Buch und dem Schreibstil warm werden aber danach? Wow. Perfekt für Fans von Taylor Jenkins Reids Büchern, dem Film FreeGuy und generell alle die gerne Videospiele spielen. (für alle anderen ist dieses Buch natürlich auch toll)

"Morgen, morgen und wieder morgen" (Englisch: "Tomorrow, Tomorrow and Tomorrow") hat mich tief berührt - und das, obwohl ich es eigentlich gar nicht erst in die Hand nehmen wollte... Sadie und Sam lernen in Kindertagen kennen, verlieren sich aus den Augen, treffen sich später im College wieder. Was die beiden seit jeher vereint ist eine Begeisterung für Videospiele, die nicht nur ihre Karrieren, sondern ihre Leben formt. Zusammen entwickeln sie Spiele, die sich mit etwas Hilfe von Sams Mitbewohner Marx schnell ungeahnter Beliebtheit erfreuen. Ein Erfolg, der das Dreiergespann und ihre Beziehungen zueinander vor beispiellose Herausforderungen stellen. Wenn sich eure und meine Interessen auch nur im Entferntesten decken, wird euch eine "Geschichte über Videospiele" wohl kaum hinter dem Ofen hervorlocken. Genau so ging es mir auch - bis ein Freund so begeistert von "Morgen, morgen und wieder morgen" sprach, dass ich mich dann doch zum Lesen durchringen konnte. Gottseidank, möchte ich sagen. Gabrielle Zevin hat einen Roman geschrieben, der seinesgleichen sucht. Schon auf den ersten Seiten verschwand ich in die Welt von Sam, Sadie und Marx und wollte sie so schnell auch nicht wieder verlassen - das Buch ist eben so immersiv und unterhaltsam wie ein gutes Videospiel, und dabei noch so bewegend, dass ich mehr als ein Mal einen dicken Klos im Hals hatte (sagte sie, und meinte: Wie ein Baby in Tränen ausbrach). Wenn ich einen Vergleich ziehen müsste, dann würde ich sagen: Dieser Roman ist das love child von "Ready Player One" und "A Little Life", beides Bücher, die ich ebenfalls mehr geliebt habe, als ich es jemals erwartet hätte. Er erzählt eine Geschichte von Freundschaft - und einer tiefen Liebe, die die Grenzen romantischer Beziehungen übersteigt. Nur eines muss ich sagen: Den großen Plot Twist habe ich kommen sehen. Das muss nicht jede*m Leser*in so gehen, und für mich hat es dem Leseerlebnis absolut keinen Abbruch getan. Also: 5/5 Sternen und begeisterter Applaus von den Rängen. 7/10 Questo libro non è nel mio genere preferito. Da quello che avevo capito quel poco (molto poco) in cui mi ero documentata, è la storia di due programmatori di videogiochi a cavallo tra gli anni '90-2000. Per un'amante dei videogiochi è una storia molto carina ma... il vero problema per me sono stati principalmente i personaggi che avrei tanto voluto scrollare per fagli capire i loro errori. Però, essendo una fiction che vuole rispecchiare la realtà (per inciso, è tutto inventato, ma i giochi, i software e tant'altro sono veri e reali), è anche comprensibili le reazioni che fanno questi personaggi e anche che non riescono a vedere commettere gli stessi errori che avevano fatto nel passato. Questa non è una storia di personaggi che si palesano calcolatori e geni nel loro settore: falliscono come tutti i comuni mortali. Infatti le reazioni a certi situazioni dei personaggi mi hanno messo un senso di arrabbiatura addosso che me lo sono portato pure fuori dalla lettura. Perché erano cose che potevano fare persone reali, e per alcune le ho commesse pure io. è stato un'esperienza molto piacevole, ma non da farmi cambiare idea sul genere fiction.

A really well written book and a beautiful story about friendship and growing up. It heavily relies on the readers understanding of games and gaming in my opinion, I don't think I would've enjoyed the book as much before I got a bit into gaming. Overall I think it's a sad story and has left me feeling quite melancholic, nonetheless it's beautiful and has made me think and feel which I consider positives.

It's pretty amazing. And that is totally because of the characters. The story isn't what kept me reading. It's not bad, it just didn't catch me. The characters really did though. I loved their conversations and their interactions. And I loved how all of them were neither good nor bad. They made plenty mistakes. They did annoying things. And I still loved them. They were simply human. And even though I very often thought 'You are so stupid' and totally disagreed with their actions, the author did a really good job at making you feel sympathy for the characters nonetheless. I didn't agree with them, but I understood where they were coming from. Totally character-driven story. Very good one!!

Sam und Sadie scheinen so unterschiedlich und doch so ähnlich … zwei Seelen, die sich zufällig über den Weg gelaufen und seitdem für immer verbunden sind. Ihre Leben machen Höhen und Tiefen durch: Freude und Frustration, Liebe und Schmerz, Erfolg und Niederlage. Doch so häufig sich die beiden auch in den Haaren sind und so schwer es ihnen fällt, einfach offen zu kommunizieren - am Ende finden sie sich immer einander gegenüber wieder … oder der eine auf dem Sprung und der andere mit einer CD in der Hand.

Ich wollte mal wieder ein Hörbuch probieren, da ich nun mit dem Auto pendle und habe mich für ein Buch entschieden da es interessant wirkte. Es geht um das Leben von zwei Jungen Freunden die sich entscheiden gemeinsam Videospiele zu entwickeln in den 90er Jahren. Beim Aufbau der Story und der Beziehungen bedient sich die Autorin jedoch an Altbekanntem und bringt nicht wirklich viele Ideen auf den Tisch. Ihr wissen über Videospiele und das Producen, vor allem in der frühen Phase des Videospielbooms war interessant und man hat mit den Charakteren gefiebert und sie auch ins Herz geschlossen. Allerdings fürchte ich, dass davon nicht viel übrig bleiben wird. Dafür fehlt es wirklich an Einzigartigkeit. Ausserdem war die Stimme der Sprecherin so einschläfernd, dass ich wirklich die ersten Kapitel überzeugt war es wäre von google Übersetzer vorgelesen. Mit mehr Enthusiasmus beim Vorlesen hätte es wahrscheinlich noch einen halben Stern mehr verdient.

Die Geschichte folgt Sadie und Sam, die durch ihre Leidenschaft für Videospiele zusammenfinden und gemeinsam bahnbrechende Spiele entwickeln. Dabei müssen sie berufliche Erfolge und persönliche Konflikte in Einklang bringen. Mir besonders gefallen hat die komplexe Beziehung zwischen den Hauptfiguren. Die dynamische Verbindung aus Liebe, Rivalität und tiefer Verbundenheit zwischen Sadie und Sam ist unkonventionell, aber emotional berührend. Den Schreibstil der Autorin empfinde ich als ziemlich gut. Sie hat eine sehr gute Fähigkeit, große Themen wie Verlust, Identität, Kreativität und Liebe aufzugreifen, während sie auch die Entwicklung der Gaming-Industrie thematisiert. Insgesamt ist der Roman ein ziemlich originelles und emotional intensives Werk, das sehr viele Themen aufgreift. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Daher ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beauty and terror of tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow starts with part 4 and the clear shift in writting style for this part specifically. Something that returns in an even more gut wrenching manner later on. Truly art! It’s about friendship, it’s about love (platonic and romantic and all the colors inbetween). It’s about creating something, putting yourself out into the world. Sometimes the world can’t appreciate your genius and sometimes you can’t foresee how fantastic your creativity truly is. This is probably a book I will keep on circling back to in my thoughts. But be warned it‘s character driven not story driven! I like those kinds of books but not everyone does. . I think this is a book for artists and video game enthusiasts. Can Imagine it only being half as interesting if I wouldn’t have been both.

I had avoided reading this book, because I‘ve never been into video games and was unsure if I would be able to relate. To me this book is about so much more than games or gaming. If anything, I would say it‘s about the creative process more than the outcome so I absolutely could relate and loved it. The last third of it broke my heart and upon finishing it I considered just re-reading it which never happens to me, so it had to be five stars.

No loss is permanent, because nothing is permanent, ever." The book overall was a 3,5⭐ The style of writing was SO GOOD. It was the thing what mostly kept me reading the book. It was a fun read, but the story itself was a bit lame for my taste. Maybe I had too high expectations on the book and that's why I am a bit disapointed by the story. Sadie Green. I never was that annoied by a female character. I think she is very superficial constructed. She mostly has traits that make her a jealouse and ignorant woman in a men dominated world. That, for me, was a bit too much. But maybe that was the whole point after all, I mean, showing of her personal growth in the last 20 pages of the book (???). She could have been so much more, than that sterotypical woman in a mens world, that is mad about it and a shitty best friend to Sam. But I must say, that the friendships, the ups and the downs, the loving and the hating between Sam, Sadie and Max, are presented so well. It was much more about the friendships, than a common lovestory between two lovers. And that was something I really enjoyed. Moreover, I was afraid I would not understand the gaming stuff, because that's not my interest. But it was so well written, that it was no problem for my understanding of the story. Let me start this by saying I’m so unsure whether to give this book 3 or 4 stars. So I wanna figure it out while writing this review. To start off, what an interesting setting and premise for this book. It really caught my attention. The beginning lost me right away (as you can see based on the long reading time) but after getting over the first hurdle of getting used to this book, it had me gripped!! Up until about the first half I really was invested into the plot, the characters, etc. Now, why do I still not feel satisfied with the book then? I guess it’s some of the writing devices chosen. I truly like the non linear writing a lot, it really just FITS the book, gave it more of a character. Where it lost me though is some of the chosen subplots. Yes they paint a bigger picture eventually, but they still also feel like someone asked google to give them 5 possible plots for a novel set in the gaming industry. Essentially, this book feels like a super solid work for the first half and then just.. lost me a bit. Though, as soon as that started I was inclined to finish it asap. Maybe in hopes of getting back to better parts (I didn’t) or also to get it over with (more likely). But still, this was more than enjoyable at parts and tedious at most at others. So yes, I think 4 is generous but 3 would feel wrong. Let’s stick with that (for now).

Man muss definitiv keine Videospiele lieben, um dieses Buch zu lieben. Es war so echt, so unglaublich real, hat viel hinterfragt, war teils gesellschaftskritisch und erzählt von so oft vorhandener Liebe zueinander, die aber nie Wirklichkeit wurde. Es konnte mich absolut verzaubern. 5+/5 ☆ Sternen

𝐑𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 Zu Beginn dachte ich nur was habe ich da gekauft. Die Thematik war nicht so meins und der Schreibstil und die Perspektive war etwas, was ich so noch nie gelesen habe. Aber irgendwie war das Buch von Beginn an fesselnd, sodass ich mir dennoch gesagt habe, ich lese mal weiter. Allgemein denke ich mir immer, wenn mir enge Freunde etwas empfehlen, weil sie so begeistert davon waren, kann es nicht schlecht sein. Und dieses Buch ist definitiv auf gar keinen Fall schlecht. Es ist wahnsinnig unterhaltsam und umfasst über dreißig Jahre. Die Geschichte beginnt mit dem Beginn der Freundschaft zwischen Sadie und Sam, den Wiedersehen und die neu aufkeimende Freundschaft zu Marx. Die drei haben eine ganz besondere Freundschaft und wollen mit ihrer Videospiel-Idee etwas ganz Großes ins Rollen bringen.   Die Charaktere würde ich, wenn ich nur ein Wort zum Beschreiben nutzen dürfte, mit "lebensnah" beschreiben. Sie sind verdammt real und fühlen sich total echt an. Sie sind nämlich unglaublich facettenreich. Bedeutet nicht nur gut und böse. Die Charaktere bewegen sich manchmal auf einem ganzen schmalen Grad. In einem Moment liebst du die Protagonisten, im nächsten hinterfragst du alles. Sie sind echt, weil sie Fehler machen, weil sie Dinge sagen, die nicht so hätten gesagt werden sollen. Nicht nur die Charaktere, sondern auch die Freundschaft wandert durch zahlreiche Höhen und Tiefen und insbesondere der aufkommende Ruhm stellt diese auf die Probe. Moralvorstellungen, wie weit gehst du für Erfolg, was ist dir im Leben am wichtigsten, all das wird behandelt. Es ist ein Buch über so viel mehr als Freundschaft. Liebe, Loyalität, Gewalt in Amerika und die Magie erfundener Welten, der schmale Grad zwischen Wirklichkeit und Fantasie, der Einfluss von Erfolg... Das Buch hat mich fasziniert weil es so unvorhersehbar war, so viele Thematiken behandelt hat, ohne zu schwer zu werden. Diversität, toxische Beziehungen, Neid, unterschiedliche Lebensvorstellungen und Liebe. Ich glaube Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow ist ein Buch mit ganz besonderer Liebe. Denn irgendwie spielt sie immer eine Rolle, man spürt sie immer und irgendwie ist sie gleichzeitig auch nicht da. Vor allem was Sam und Sadie angeht. Oft verliebt, aber nie ein Liebespaar. Ich glaube gerade am Anfang habe ich etwas ganz anderes erwartet und war wirklich skeptisch. Aber dieses Buch lässt sich auf so viel übertragen, der Inhalt ist einfach so verständlich und man hat das Gefühl, dass man selbst die ganzen Jahre miterlebt. Es fühlte sich so surreal an und als ich fertig war hat es sich angefühlt als hätte ich alte Bekannte gehen lassen, es war nicht das Ende einer tollen Geschichte, sondern irgendwie auch, als hätte ein ganzer Lebensabschnitt geendet. Vermutlich weil man so viele Abschnitte der Charaktere mit erlebt hat. Sie waren einfach wirklich so so menschlich. 𝐅𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐭 Das Buch konnte mich regelrecht gefangen nehmen und je weiter ich in diesem gelesen habe, desto süchtiger würde ich und konnte es nicht mehr zur Seite legen. Ich glaube dieses Buch kann ich einfach jedem weiterempfehlen, denn ich glaube, dass jeder etwas daraus mitnehmen kann. Die Geschichte ist einfach so besonders und ist voller Elemente, wie ich sie nie zuvor gelesen habe. Ich versuche einfach noch ein weiteres Mal die Geschichte kurz zusammenzufassen, damit ihr merkt, wie unglaublich ich dieses Buch fand: extreme Höhen und Tiefen von Freunden, die zusammenarbeiten, berühmt sind und in ihrer Beziehung zueinander und dem gemeinsame Leben unterschiedliche Wünsche entwickeln. Ich glaube mein Herz ist mehrfach für Sam und Sadie gebrochen, aber auch für Marx. Ich kann euch das Buch wirklich nur empfehlen. Schon jetzt ein klares Jahreshighlight!!!

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass dieses Buch mir so gut gefallen wird, aber es war toll. Ich mochte die Art wie die menschlichen Beziehungen dargestellt wurden und wie so viel Wert auf Freundschaft gelegt wurde. Die Charaktere fühlten sich real an, was mir auch ein bisschen das Herz gebrochen hat, weil man sehr mit ihnen fühlt. Viele Gedankengänge in dem Buch sind für kreative Menschen besonders interessant, denn es geht viel um Kunst und was Erfolg für jemanden bedeutet. Außerdem war es sehr spannend zu sehen was für ein Prozess und wie viel Arbeit und Herzblut hinter einem Videospiel stecken können.

Die Charaktere sind wirklich realistisch dargestellt, vor allem Sam. Die fließenden Perspektivwechsel sind super gemacht! Vom letzten Drittel bin ich nicht so überzeugt und war mir zu viel kindischer Streit. Interessanter Einblick in die Videospielentwicklung der 90er. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall zu lesen, auch wenn ich am Ende das Gefühl hatte, mir fehlt etwas.

This book took me away and affected me deeply. It is a beautiful storytelling about the lifeline of two likeable as well as authentic characters. This is actually all I can say about it. I can‘t even tell what exactly I liked about it, but it was simply a wonderful experience that all readers should have on their own, because I really am sure that everyone perceives it in a different way. I couldn‘t give it five stars because - partly - it simply wasn’t enough. It’s a narrative of a ‘normal’ person’s life - so how could it be exciting all the way through?And that is actually an important characteristic of the book - it’s a (mostly) cozy read that one can have a great time with, if he’s willing to get into the story. But, I personally think, that it’s not for everyone and I can see why people wouldn’t like it (even though I really did!!). And I think that this is a book that sticks with one for a long time and makes one think about everyday-things. I guess it became clear that I find it hard to rate this book by the usual categories, just because it was different from other books. In my opinion - a good different. Edit: I am still thinking of this book so often and I‘ve realized that it has a huge place in my heart. I have to change my rating from 4 to 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like video games. I like calm and cozy books. I like the drama of life and fallible characters. I like the joys of life and heart-warming characters. Sadly, however, I wouldn’t say this book was for me. The one thing I look for in slice-of-life, character-driven novels is some truth of life. That one nugget of wisdom that I haven’t formulated from my own experiences yet. Haven’t seen rhetorically distilled into a “damn, that’s right, that’s how it is” eye-opener. This truth, unfortunately, didn’t hit me while reading this book, which made the whole process rather downbeat and slow. I appreciate the fundamental feminist nature of this book. I appreciate the characters’ reflected confrontations with racism, cultural appropriation and depression. And I appreciate that these topics were presented in most of the 90s, where e.g. misogynist behavior went unpunished, which seems anachronistic and evokes a feeling of unfairness from 2023’s perspective. But these topics are some of the most prevalent cultural issues today, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that this book didn’t add anything to the discussion. It rather just clothed it all in “video games”. This would all still be fine, if it wasn’t for a flatlining arc of suspense. Tomorrow doesn’t build up speed, tomorrow doesn’t slow down. Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. It’s a steady drip of slow, slow plot. Every little peak of excitement can already be anticipated before it happens. Even the one or two “action”-ish scenes of this book were already preceded by their outcome. I don’t need action! I‘m just saying there’s not much to hold onto here dramatically. The characters are the light of this book and I can, with minor exceptions, believe their thoughts and actions. I was positively surprised by how vigorously friendship, or rather platonic love, permeates almost every page. This, and the strong prose in the last quarter of the book, would amount to something around 3.5 Stars for me.

Ich mochte das Buch leider überhaupt nicht. Die Idee fand ich richtig cool, aber irgendwie war es mir zu langatmig. Die Protagonisten waren grundsätzlich sympathisch, hatten alle ihr Päckchen zu tragen, wirkten aber sehr echt. Allerdings hat es sich eher wie eine Biografie als wie ein Roman gelesen. Außerdem fühlten sich ein paar Dinge so an, als müssten sie passieren, weil der Leser sonst das Interesse verliert. Grundsätzlich die Videospiele und die Zeit fand im vom Konzept her sehr spannend, aber mich hat es leider nicht gecatched.

I was genuinely blown away by this book. The concept of video games and escapism has always interested me even as a child and Sam and Sadie are exactly the relatable characters I needed to read about. I love that the writing doesn't force us to pick sides; they are just two people trying to survive in the world and ultimately failing and failing again. It is a story about love and friendship, game design, luck and talent, but also ultimately about hope and the reality of the real world. This topped by the mind-blowing writing was a 5⭐️ read.

This was fun, until someones death makes you cry in public. The story is about initially 2 friends that bond over games and then loses contact over some mistake. Finally reconnecting years later, creating games. A third friend comes along. There is love, hate, friendship, death and lots more. The only reason this is not a 5 star is because I hoped there was more in the end for Sam and Sadie.

This book taught me again why I don't like novels (Belletristik in german). Why should I care about normal people doing normal people stuff in a normal world? Reading for me is an escape into different worlds! Give me a crime to solve, give me a haunting and thrilling mystery, give me magic and different races on different worlds. I want to ride dragons, fight vampires and goblins and discover space. Or become a vampire and befriend goblins in space! Anything outside of our world! But novels always portrait such boring real life events with boring real life problems and boring real life emotions. Why should I care and double up this burden in MY FREETIME? Ok. I do love series as ted lasso or the bear, these are kind of novel-ish, right? And they also have this sugar coating of themes like football (i couldn't care less about football) or running a kitchen. You know, you have a real life story framed into a theme. The sugar coating of this novel is videogames. And because gaming and reading is a huge part in my life since ever, I thought let's give it a try. Whilst the series have well written dialogues, thrilling plots and interesting characters you root for, tomorrow had none of those. Yeah, here and there you had some "in 1997 this and that game was released" but that was that. Switch from making a video game theme into writing a book, recording an album or building a Startup theme - the plot of the book stays the same. It stays a…..drumroll…..love triangle story! Who doesn't love those?? Yeaaah, meeee! Ding ding ding. Ok ok, this book is a huge success and lots and lots of people including friends of mine had a blast reading this and I am super happy for all of them. This just wasn't mine and I am happy that I can dig my nose again into fantasy or sci fi and flee from boring normal people stuff. Ps. Fuck sam. Fuck sadie. Fuck both of them. The only time they were kind of adorable was when they were playing Nintendo as kids.
