I really enjoyed reading this book, although it was less technical than I've anticipated. It is more of a rundown of the management and organisation side of the whole legacy problem and doesn't go into deep details about neglected code. The motivational aspect that was mentioned inside of the book really helps me right now to see the other side of some running efforts and to better shift the burden of the task on more shoulders.
