I learned about this book from a seminar and I totally enjoyed reading this. The elevator idea is really intriguing - although I think the author kind of lost this idea as a red line in the middle of book? Still, many chapters combine my learnings from other books and I had to add so many bookmarks to it.. The broader scope is soft-skills of architects and not technical stuff, which for is the most difficult part of the job: People
