Leider ein Flop. Für mich hatte das Buch absolut keinen roten Faden. Im Endeffekt weiß ich jetzt im Nachhinein nicht wirklich worum es überhaupt geht.. Was war die zentrale Thematik des Buches ? Ich kann nur für mich selber mir was diesbezüglich zusammenreimen. Ob's am Ende richtig ist, ist eine andere Sache. Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass irgendwie so viele Problem-Punkte angesprochen werden, aber nie ausgearbeitet werden. Viel zu viele. Als hätte man beim schreiben eine Liste mit Problemen, diese dann in die Geschichte mit 2-3 Sätzen erwähnt aber niemals weiter ausführt. So ganz nach dem Motto : Thema ist bedient - Check. Weiß nicht, mag ich gar nicht. Da fehlt mir die Tiefe, war mir zu oberflächlich. Grace innere Zerrissenheit und ihre Probleme waren für mich nicht da. Genau aus diesen Gründe: seien Ausarbeitung, Erklärung, Tiefe! Die Charaktere waren alle gar nicht greifbar, es gab keine ausgearbeitete Beziehung zwischen denen. Sie waren mir dadurch einfach komplett egal. Overall ist es ein Buch, was man nicht unbedingt gelesen haben muss. Das Potenzial wurde meiner Meinung nach nicht ausgenutzt

This book radiates comfort. This story is all about how finding your true path isn’t always as easy and straight forward as you would like it to be. How ,even if you have everything planned life just doesn’t care. Grace is someone who has always had a plan and when it gets derailed she’s sort of loses herself in the process. This book is about her finding what and who she needs to not just be successful but happy. I loved the message of the book and how Grace as a character was flawed but never willing to stop finding her path in life. Admittedly, some of the dialog was unrealistic and annoying. As someone with actual siblings I would not be caught dead calling either of them “little sis”. #weneedrealisticsiblingdialog 4/5✨

This book reads like poetry. I think it's up to the reader to decide whether that's something positive or negative. However, I have to mention that the layout and the quality of the print are atrocious. Aside from that, a beautiful and emotional book with many great relationships in it.
