Heard the audible version that the author reads himself, which IMHO is not great and which nearly let me give only 3 stars (as the audiobook oftentimes let me fall asleep). Contentwise the human mind in regard to understanding story and creating it to understand the world and itself are the topic. Not much news to me but still good content. In the end the Sacred Flaw approach is explained, which is a character building method taught by the author. This actually gave me some new pointers that I'm going to use proactively.
