It’s hard to describe what exactly the generic Irish Girl is, or even who she is. But Emer and Sarah have managed to paint the perfect picture of „a complete Aisling“ from the county colours, right down to the telling offs and anxiety that comes with it. I loved this book when I read it first in 2018, but now reading it when I’m closer in age to Aisling it gives a different perspective, a different wholesomeness 🥹 Looking forward to reading the next books… and filling my need to go visit my lovely home 🇮🇪
