To my surprise, that was a really short booklet and felt like it was something that was inside of an other more expensive book. It was still nice to see all three methodologies next to each other and have a short summary what the benefits are and how they can be combined. For me it's rather an introduction to the ideas and I should have read it earlier, prior to many other books.
