The plot of this story is quite predictable as soon as the first few chapters are read, but the author was able to keep me entertained nonetheless. This is a standard love story with Fae and a curse, but it's written very nicely. I was able to connect with each of the characters except the Queen (she's still a weirdo to me), and I am looking forward to reading the second book.
