This is a really cute, cozy, funny, surprisingly spicy, sweet and short read. I had to educate myself about Critical Role first (and now love the concept), but would have enjoyed this book without the background just the same.
The writing is right on point, and makes the characters sneak right into your heart, all the way to the finale. Albeit it being quite short and not overcomplicated, it still gives us a great message about love, class and choices.
